As an EEO/AA Consultant at Biddle Consulting Group, Inc., Diana has worked with clients of all sizes to develop their Affirmative Action Plans, support them during audits, and provide guidance on how to ensure compliance within their organizations. Over the past five years, Diana has used various adverse impact methodologies to identify potential patterns of discrimination in over 1,000 affirmative action plans across 8,000 job groupings.


Diana frequently presents on Biddle Consulting Group Institute for Workforce Development (BCGi), conducting trainings and webinars on all facets of EEO and AA compliance. A native of Sacramento, CA, Diana has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University Sacramento.
